Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) has multiple benefits for everyone and is not limited to the prevention/reversal of lymphedema, for which it was initially developed.  MLD is an incredibly relaxing treatment that moves and cleanses lymphatic fluid (via the lymph nodes) through its proper channels in the body.  This gives a boost to the immune system and all other systems in the body that are operated by the autonomic (involuntary) nervous system: cardio vascular system, endocrine system etc.
